Intellectual property needs a distinctive treatment in a tactful spatial environment. We have created just such an environment for one of the oldest German Patent Lawyers for their headquarters near the old botanical garden, in the Elisenhof. After the Entrée with Reception and Lounge there are three levels of offices for 140 employers, and an additional level with discussion rooms for the clientele, the inventors, and owners of new ideas.
