Landsberger Straße

What is special about the building is its multi-story nature - seven floors, or five full stories and two gallery levels - in a car dealership are a rarity. A very high density, a low land area consumption in relation to the usable area as well as a good integration into the urban context are the result of this extremely compact design.

The decisive design element is a white frame, which is arranged at various points in the project in different forms and, similar to a Polaroid picture, captures the viewer‘s gaze and thus stages the highlights. The compact form of the main volume is softened by 1,400 m2 of glass facade as well as generous openings and intersections of space in the interior. In addition to pure showroom and exhibition areas, the building houses sales, customer and parts service, and just under 50 workshop spaces.
